Prior to joining Stifel, he held key roles at Carter Wealth Management and Hudson Valley Investment Advisors, where he led marketing and business development efforts and supported investment management across multi-asset portfolios.

Earlier in his career, James built deep market expertise through institutional fixed income sales and trading roles at D.A. Davidson Companies and Janney Montgomery Scott, advising hedge funds, insurance companies, and asset managers on structured products and trade execution.
